Madison City Council race ends in tiebreaker name draw.
Isadore Knox Jr. won a seat on the Madison City Council after a recount ended in a tie and his name was drawn at random. Knox had requested the recount after being down by two votes on Election Night, but a previously uncounted provisional ballot added one vote to his tally. The results of the recount won't be official until five business days after its completion.
