Nexon files copyright infringement lawsuit against Dark and Darker developers.
Nexon has filed a lawsuit against Ironmace Games, the developer of Dark and Darker, alleging copyright infringement. Nexon claims that Dark and Darker was built in part from one of its projects and that Ironmace stole trade secrets. Ironmace has denied the allegations, stating that all code was written in-house and most assets were purchased from the Unreal Engine Marketplace. Nexon is seeking injunctive relief to block the distribution of Dark and Darker and undetermined monetary relief from damages.
