Nexon sues Dark and Darker developer for copyright infringement, playtest torrent affected.

Nexon is suing Ironmace Games, the developers of Dark And Darker, for copyright infringement. Nexon claims that two former employees who worked on a similar fantasy game codenamed P3 in 2020-2021 stole assets while still working at the company and used them to develop Dark And Darker. Nexon is seeking monetary compensation for the costs that went into P3’s development and attempting to halt the development and distribution of Ironmace’s game. Ironmace has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
