"WSP Trooper Killed in I-5 Crash, Suspect in Custody"
Washington State Patrol trooper Christopher M. Gadd, 27, was tragically killed in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 near Marysville while on patrol searching for DUI drivers. He is survived by his wife, daughter, and family of law enforcement officers. The crash also involved an SUV and another car with six passengers, resulting in the closure of southbound lanes for investigation. A 32-year-old Lynnwood man has been taken into custody for vehicular homicide.
