Despite positive developments in international cooperation and local production, Ukraine remains dependent on imports for gunpowder and faces challenges in obtaining licenses for missile production. The main goal for 2024 is to change Soviet approaches, introduce transparency, and create favorable conditions for international companies in Ukraine.
