SpaceX CEO Elon Musk announced that the company's Starlink satellite internet service will soon be available on most aircraft, as long as the airline orders it. Starlink can provide up to 220 Mbps download speed to each plane, allowing passengers to access streaming-capable internet for video calls, online gaming, and more. The in-flight Starlink internet is priced at $25,000 per month, with hardware costs totaling $150,000. Currently available on Gulfstream G650 & G650ER, Starlink is expected to expand to other aircraft models, such as Bombardier Global Express and Airbus A321Neo, by the end of the year.
