Universal Studios Announces Year-Round Horror Experience in Chicago
Universal Studios is opening a new horror-themed immersive attraction called Universal Horror Unleashed in Chicago in 2027, featuring haunted mazes, themed bars, and exclusive merchandise, with the project expected to boost the local economy and create jobs. The Chicago location will be the second in the US, following Las Vegas, and is part of a broader redevelopment of the vacant building at 700 W. Chicago Ave., which will also include residential and commercial developments.
