Shia LaBeouf was arrested in New Orleans after allegedly punching two men and directing homophobic slurs at them during Mardi Gras; one victim, a drag performer, is seeking hate-crime charges, while LaBeouf was released from custody without posting bond and was later seen partying on Bourbon Street. Police say he attacked two men at the R Bar, resulting in two counts of simple battery.
