Buffalo's Top Kielbasa Makers Revealed in Annual Contest
The winners of Buffalo's Best Kielbasa Competition were announced, with five winners selected from a record total of 41 entries. The winners were chosen by a panel of local judges, including News 4's Dave Greber, and all entries were from homemade sausage makers. The categories included Fresh Traditional, Smoked Traditional, Fresh Holiday with marjoram, Smoked Holiday with marjoram, and Non-Traditional.
