Historic Swedish Church's 5km Move Captured in Stunning Drone Footage
Sweden's 113-year-old wooden Kiruna Church was moved two miles to prevent it from being engulfed by the expanding iron ore mine, marking a significant effort in urban relocation and preservation of cultural heritage. The church, considered possibly the largest wooden building in Sweden, was carefully transported on trucks with over 130 wheels, and is expected to reopen by next Christmas, symbolizing community resilience amidst change.
