Despite some fans arguing that the Koroks deserve it for making players find 900 of them in Breath of the Wild, others are getting bored of the cruel and unusual punishment. The debate has now shifted to whether the Signpost Guy should be bullied or protected.
Hestu can be found early on in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom near Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower, where he will expand your inventory in exchange for Korok Seeds. He moves to Lookout Landing after that, and then to Korok Forest once the Gloom is removed. Defeat the tree monsters near him to gain access to his services.
