Heidi Petz appointed as Sherwin-Williams' new CEO
Sherwin-Williams has announced that Heidi Petz, the current Chief Operating Officer and President, will become the company's next CEO effective January 1. The current CEO, John Morikis, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman of the board. Petz, who joined Sherwin-Williams in 2017, has been chosen as part of a multi-year plan to find the best candidate to lead the company. She will be the 10th CEO in the company's 157-year history.
