"Tokyo Startup Unveils $3 Million Gundam-Style Robot"
Tokyo-based start-up Tsubame Industries has unveiled a 14.8-foot, Gundam-style robot called ARCHAX, inspired by the popular Japanese animation series. Priced at $3 million, the 3.5-ton robot features cockpit monitors and can switch between an upright 'robot mode' and a 'vehicle mode' with a top speed of 6 miles per hour. Tsubame Industries plans to build and sell five of these robots, with hopes of utilizing them for disaster relief or in the space industry in the future.
