The 2024 Ally ACC Women’s Basketball Tournament will feature Virginia Tech as the No. 1 seed, with the tournament running from March 6 to March 10 at Greensboro Coliseum. The Hokies, coming off a Final Four run, finished at the top of the league standings with a 15-3 record. NC State, Syracuse, and Notre Dame are tied for second place, while Louisville and Florida State are tied for fifth. The tournament will include 14 games, with all 15 ACC teams participating, and will be broadcast live on ACC Network and ESPN.

No. 6 seed Iowa State lost to No. 11 seed Pittsburgh 59-41 in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, shooting 23.3% from the field and 2-of-21 from 3-point range. Iowa State pointed out a crooked rim before the game, but after building personnel made a minor adjustment, the Cyclones declined additional warm-up time.
