Selena Gomez Finds Support in Younger Sister Gracie on Mental Health Days
Selena Gomez, 31, revealed that she turns to her 10-year-old sister, Gracie Teefey, for support on difficult mental health days, despite their age gap. Selena shared that spending time with Gracie helps her keep perspective on life and that she values her younger sister's advice. In honor of World Mental Health Day, Selena also announced that Sephora will be donating 100% of the sales of her makeup brand, Rare Beauty, to the Rare Impact Fund for 24 hours. Selena has been using her platform to raise awareness about mental health and has previously shared her own journey with bipolar disorder to help destigmatize the topic.
