Luke Combs Resolves Unauthorized Merchandise Lawsuit with Fan

Country singer Luke Combs has removed a disabled Florida woman, Nicol Harness, from a lawsuit filed against companies selling unauthorized merchandise with his image or name. Harness, who sells tumblers online, was ordered to pay Combs $250,000 after selling 18 tumblers with his name and likeness. Combs apologized for the incident and sent her $11,000, promising to sell his own tumbler to help pay her medical bills. He also plans to fly Harness and her family to an upcoming concert to meet her. Combs stated that his lawyers were only meant to target large companies, not fans with small businesses.

Ukraine's Defence Minister predicts Russia's response to upcoming offensive.

Ukrainian Defence Minister Oleksii Reznikov suggests that Russia may announce another "goodwill gesture" under the pretext of a man-made disaster on Russian territory, as the Kremlin is already looking for possible scenarios to justify the Ukrainian army's next success to the general public. Reznikov believes that in the event of another success by the Ukrainian army, Russia needs to understand how to ‘sell’ it inside their country and present it to the people.
