Honor has begun the global rollout of its foldable smartphone, the Magic V5, now available in several European countries with prices starting at €1,999 and £1,699. The device features a 7.95-inch foldable OLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, up to 1TB storage, and a triple camera setup, with various promotions and a free screen replacement offer during the first year.
Google has widely rolled out Gemini in Google Messages to stable users, allowing for AI-assisted messaging to draft messages, brainstorm ideas, and plan events. The feature, which appears as the first contact in the new conversation list, supports various Gemini Extensions but is not end-to-end encrypted and is unavailable in certain regions like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and India.

Creators can post images, videos, and audio clips, and invite others to join their channel as a collaborator. Meta plans to bring channels to Facebook and Messenger as well, and is developing a text-based "decentralized social network" to rival Twitter.
