Georgian President Banned by National Airline Amidst Russia Controversy
Georgian Airways has resumed nonstop flights to Russia after a four-year suspension, following the lifting of the ban by Putin. However, Georgia's president, Salome Zourabichvili, urged the airline not to resume flights to Russia, and in response, the airline has banned her from flying with them until she apologizes. The airline claims to have no political agenda and is simply meeting demand, but not everyone is happy about the resumption of flights.
