The Los Angeles Country Club is hosting its first U.S. Open this week, with a look at the holes of LACC's North Course. The course is designed by George C. Thomas and features a mix of par fives, par fours, and par threes, with the first hole being a relatively easier par five. The course has a lot of right in front of you, but you still have to play your ball. The defining characteristic of the green that runs away from you is the bunker that protects all of the front hole locations.
