The game will be available on October 10th for PC and Xbox consoles, with accessibility features and pre-orders now open.

AMD has been chosen as the exclusive PC partner for the upcoming RPG, Starfield, by Bethesda. The game will fully utilize the AMD Ryzen 7000 CPU and AMD Radeon 7000 GPU lineup, and will include FSR support (FSR 2) at launch. The partnership will also bring advanced AMD features and technologies to deliver an immersive gaming experience. Starfield launches on September 6th, 2023, on the Xbox Series S/X, PC, and Game Pass.

NVIDIA DLSS 2 has outperformed AMD FSR 2 in a test of 26 modern AAA titles, with DLSS 2 showing more favorable results in terms of performance and quality. While DLSS 2 is not supported on all graphics cards, it offers superior upscaling implementation compared to FSR 2. However, FSR 2 is supported on all current GPUs and cost-friendly, low-powered graphics.
