Frost River claims that Lucasfilm used their "Geologist Pack" and "Simple Book Pack" in marketing materials for the movie, with identifying branding removed, and authorized a co-branded campaign with Filson, a direct competitor. Frost River is suing for damages and relief under the Lanham Act, alleging that Lucasfilm and Filson misled the public and breached their rights.
