Froslass in Pokemon Go should be equipped with Powder Snow as its Fast Move, and Avalanche and Shadow Ball as its Charged Moves. While Froslass is a strong choice in the Great League, it is outclassed in the Ultra League.

Pokemon Go trainers can evolve Snorunt into either Glalie or Froslass. To evolve Snorunt into Glalie, 100 Candy is needed, while evolving it into Froslass requires 100 Candy and a Sinnoh Stone. Only female Snorunt can evolve into Froslass. Glalie has a Mega version that becomes one of the strongest Ice-types when Mega Evolved. Froslass is considered a stronger option for PvP play.
