Bethesda has released update 1.7.36 for Starfield, allowing players to adjust their field of view (FOV) and providing performance and stability improvements. The update also addresses an issue with tunneling creatures in the Echoes of the Past quest. Bethesda has expressed plans to add DLSS support and an eat button for food in the future, as well as potentially adding city maps. IGN reported on a player who surveyed all of Starfield's 1,000-plus planets, and provided a guide on how to install mods for the game. Despite a rough start, Starfield has been praised for its immersive quests and interesting NPCs.
