FBI Used Spy Database to Search Jan. 6 Rioters and George Floyd Protesters
The FBI conducted improper searches of intelligence gathered through a foreign spying law to obtain information on individuals suspected of involvement in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol and the George Floyd protests, according to a court opinion released on Friday.
