Ohio Passes Bill to Secure Biden's Spot on November Ballot
The Ohio Senate passed a bill extending the state's ballot certification deadline to ensure President Joe Biden appears on the November ballot, despite the DNC's plan to virtually nominate Biden ahead of the original deadline. Additionally, the Senate passed a bill barring foreign contributions to ballot issue campaigns. Both bills now await Governor Mike DeWine's signature.
