Russian Red Cross Linked to Militarization of Ukrainian Teenagers
Russian forces have been deporting Ukrainian children to Russia, where they are subjected to propaganda, given Russian passports, and ultimately forced into military service. The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for Putin and a Russian official for their alleged role in abducting and deporting Ukrainian children. Ukrainian authorities believe this is part of a wider effort to erase Ukrainian identity and replenish Russian forces.
