Colorado's Culinary Scene Shines with 5 Michelin-Starred Restaurants
The Michelin Guide has awarded five restaurants in Colorado with single stars, marking the first time the prestigious organization has rated restaurants in the state. The winners include Beckon, Bosq, Brutø, Frasca Food and Wine, and The Wolf's Tailor. In addition to the stars, special awards were given for outstanding service, exceptional cocktails, sommelier, and young chef/culinary professional. The Michelin Guide's expansion into Colorado is significant, as it only reviews restaurants in seven other regions in North America. The Colorado Tourism Office contributed to the promotion of the Michelin Guide in the state.
