Bobby Caldwell, the singer-songwriter known for his ability to master multiple genres, has died at the age of 71. His wife said he died of fluoroquinolone toxicity after an antibiotic he was prescribed in 2017 wreaked "havoc" on his body. Caldwell's ability to tap into multiple genres, including jazz and R&B, has given his catalog longevity, with his hit "What You Won't Do for Love" being sampled by Boyz II Men and rapper Biggie Smalls. He is survived by his wife and daughters.
