Teenager Arrested for Fatal Stabbing of Family Member in Essex
An 18-year-old man from Essex, Matthew Craig, has been arrested and charged with first-degree manslaughter after allegedly stabbing a family member to death. Craig called the police to report the incident and when they arrived, they found the victim with multiple stab wounds. Witnesses stated that the victim was involved in a domestic dispute before Craig intervened. Due to a minor being present during the incident, Craig was also charged with the risk of injury to a minor. He is currently held on a $250,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
