Semi-truck driver charged in deadly I-35 crash.

Court documents have identified one of the two victims killed in a crash involving five semitrailers on I-35 near Davis as Conrad Rodgers. The driver accused of causing the crash, Tony Chinedum Aghaji-Enweremadu, was charged with two counts of first-degree manslaughter. The accident occurred when a Volvo semitrailer failed to stop and struck six other vehicles, including a 2016 Honda Accord and a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado, which had stopped due to traffic congestion in a construction zone near mile marker 59.
