Leaders skip Niti Aayog meeting chaired by PM Modi.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called for a common vision to achieve a developed India by 2047 at the eighth Governing Council meeting of NITI Aayog. He urged states to take financially prudent decisions to become fiscally strong and capable of delivering programmes for the welfare of citizens. The meeting discussed issues such as health, skill development, women empowerment and infrastructure development to make India a developed nation by 2047.
