GM Alireza Firouzja outplayed Nepomniachtchi but the game ended in a draw, and Tan Zhongyi defeated GM-elect Vaishali Rameshbabu to regain the pole position. Round 10 will be on Monday, April 15, with Nepomniachtchi facing Gukesh and Praggnanandhaa playing against Vidit.
