The judge's orders contradict a state law passed earlier this year, and the attorney general and secretary of state argue that the orders are not lawful. They plan to challenge the rulings and assert that in Minnesota, if you are over 18, a U.S. citizen, a resident of Minnesota for at least 20 days, and not currently incarcerated, you are eligible to vote.
