Detroit Father Dies After Vicious Dog Mauling
Harold Phillips, a father of six, has tragically passed away days after being mauled by three dogs in Detroit. The dogs had escaped while he was walking from a bus stop and he was rushed to the hospital, where his right arm was amputated above the elbow. The dogs' owner confirmed that they had been involved in previous bite cases, including one with a child, and the dogs have since been euthanized. Phillips' family has expressed their gratitude for the support received and has retained legal representation.
