Detroit Father Dies After Vicious Dog Mauling

Harold Phillips, a father of six, has tragically passed away days after being mauled by three dogs in Detroit. The dogs' owner confirmed that they had been involved in previous bite cases, including one with a child, and the dogs have since been euthanized.
