Ford EV owners can now access Tesla's Supercharger network using a Fast Charging Adapter provided by Tesla. The adapter, available for free to current owners and for purchase after June 30, allows Ford EVs to charge at Tesla Supercharging locations. Owners can use their FordPass credentials to sign up for the adapter and access the network, with charging costs synced via the FordPass account. While Ford gains an advantage over non-Tesla competition, it has seen softening EV demand and cut production for its F-150 Lightning EV, projecting over $5 billion in EV business losses this year.
