"NY Midwife Fined $300K for Giving Homeopathic Pellets Instead of Vaccines to 1500 Children"

A New York midwife has been fined approximately $300,000 for substituting homeopathic pellets for vaccines and falsifying medical records for child patients. The midwife, Jeanette Breen, administered the pellets as an alternative to vaccines, which were not approved by federal agencies, and the scheme began in 2019 after New York ended religious exemptions for vaccination requirements. The fines have been partially paid, and the rest suspended as long as the midwife's practice ceases administering vaccines and does not falsify records in the future.

Midwife Fined for Falsifying Vaccine Records of 1500 Children

A midwife in Nassau County, New York, was fined $300,000 for falsifying immunization records for approximately 1,500 school-aged children by providing them with homeopathic oral pellets instead of required vaccinations and then falsifying their records. The midwife, Jeannette Breen, administered fake immunizations and submitted false information to the New York State Immunization Information System. The scheme resulted in the voiding of the children's immunization cards, and affected children must now be fully up to date with their vaccinations before returning to school. Breen has paid $150,000 of the fine and is permanently excluded from administering vaccinations that must be reported to the state's immunization system.
