Italian authorities have recovered valuable Etruscan artifacts from the 3rd century B.C., including urns and sarcophagi, looted by two amateur tomb raiders in Umbria. The artifacts, worth at least 8 million euros, were found in Città della Pieve and include items like bronze mirrors and a perfume bottle. The raiders were caught after posting pictures online, leading to their arrest and potential 10-year jail sentences. This discovery follows a similar find in 2015 and highlights the ongoing issue of artifact looting in Italy.
