Starlink Satellite Internet Expands Through T-Mobile and Major Carriers
SpaceX's cellular Starlink service, launched in partnership with T-Mobile, now offers smartphone connectivity in dead zones, primarily targeting rural and remote areas, with plans to expand features like voice and video calls. The service is available to T-Mobile customers for free on certain plans and costs $10/month for others, with support for nearly 60 phone models and coverage across the US and other countries. It aims to eliminate dead zones and provide emergency services like 911 texting.
