Some buyers have managed to obtain NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER and RTX 4070 Ti SUPER GPUs ahead of their planned retail launch, despite the embargo set by NVIDIA. These early purchases indicate that some retailers or individuals may not be following the embargo guidelines. However, without proper driver support, these GPUs are essentially useless, and official retail launches for the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER and RTX 4080 SUPER are scheduled for January 24th and January 31st, respectively.
