"Gmail's Subscription Manager: Your Solution to Inbox Overload"
Google is developing a "Manage Subscriptions" page for the Gmail app to help users reduce excessive emails by allowing them to easily unsubscribe from companies sending too many emails per quarter. The new feature, spotted in the latest version of Gmail, will provide a dedicated "Subscriptions" page with a button to unsubscribe from mailing lists and filters to show the number of subscribed emails per quarter. This appears to be an expansion of Google's previous update in January, which introduced an unsubscribe button beside the sender's name. Additionally, the Gmail app is also testing a "summarize this email" feature to help users consume important points of lengthy emails.
