Chicago Publicist Trevian Kutti Indicted Alongside Trump in Georgia Election Scheme
A Chicago-based publicist, Trevian Kutti, has been charged in Georgia as part of an indictment alleging a scheme to illegally overturn former President Donald Trump's 2020 election loss and prevent the peaceful transition of power. Kutti, a former publicist for R. Kelly and Kanye West, is accused of pressuring an election worker to report election fraud claims. Along with Trump and 17 others, Kutti has two weeks to surrender. The indictment, brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, follows a two-year investigation and marks the fourth criminal case against Trump. The charges include racketeering, violating the oath of a public officer, forgery, false statements, and other offenses.
