NJ Primary Results: Ex-Governor and GOP Truck Driver Among Winners.
Former governor and Democratic state Senator Richard Codey and Republican state Senator Ed Durr won their respective legislative primary elections in New Jersey. Codey defeated fellow Democratic Senator Nia Gill in a winner-take-all battle for a newly redrawn North Jersey district. Durr, a truck driver who won a stunning upset two years ago, secured his party's nomination for re-election.
