Microsoft Launches AI-Powered Dynamics Contact Center
Microsoft has launched Dynamics Contact Center, a new contact center as a service (CCaaS) solution that integrates generative AI through its Copilot feature. Scheduled for general availability on July 1st, the solution does not require the use of Microsoft's CRM, Dynamics 365, and will support other CRMs like Salesforce. The platform aims to enhance self-service, human-assisted service, and operational efficiency, and is designed to scale globally from the outset.
