Protesters arrested during sit-in at Florida governor's office.
A group of protesters blocked the entrance to Governor Ron DeSantis' office in the Capitol building in Tallahassee, Florida, on Wednesday, protesting against his policies and approach to governing. Capitol police arrested about a dozen demonstrators who refused to leave after warnings. The protesters were associated with the Dream Defenders, Florida Rising, and Showing Up for Racial Justice. They are now facing trespassing charges and a one-year ban from the Capitol.
