Don Gorske, a 70-year-old man from Wisconsin, has eaten over 34,000 McDonald’s Big Macs in his lifetime, extending his Guinness World Records title. Despite consuming an average of two Big Macs per day, Gorske maintains good health and attributes his longevity to walking six miles daily and avoiding fries. He has kept a record of every Big Mac he's eaten since his first in 1972 and even proposed to his wife in a McDonald's parking lot. Gorske's eating habits were featured in the 2004 documentary "Super Size Me," and he remains loyal to the Big Mac despite trying a Burger King Whopper once in 1984.
