Comcast-Spectacor has revealed plans for a $2.5 billion transformation of the South Philadelphia Sports Complex, including a new concert venue, hotel, restaurants, retail spaces, and district development. The first phase will feature a 5,000-plus-seat concert venue and enhancements at Xfinity Live!, with completion expected by 2028. A second phase is also in the works, aiming to create a new district with residences, retail, restaurants, and green space within the next decade.
