Biden Continues to Nominate Diverse Judicial Candidates and U.S. Attorneys Across the Country
President Biden has announced his intent to nominate four individuals to federal district courts and two individuals to the District of Columbia Superior Court, as well as two individuals to serve as U.S. Attorneys. This brings the total number of announced federal judicial nominees to 161 and U.S. Attorney nominees to 70. The nominees are diverse and experienced, and committed to upholding the rule of law and the Constitution.
