Tyson Foods is recalling nearly 30,000 pounds of its dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets after receiving reports of small metal pieces found in the chicken. One person reported a minor injury to their mouth after consuming a nugget. The recall affects bags with the establishment number "P-7211" and was shipped to distributors in nine states.
