Security contractor tied to congresswoman’s team killed in Dallas standoff
Democratic U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett confirms the security team member killed in a Dallas police standoff was Diamon Mazairre Robinson, who had been using the alias “Mike King” while working as her security contractor; Robinson fled officers after a March 11 car stop, was found in a hospital parking garage, and was shot after drawing a handgun. Authorities say he had forged credentials, stolen government plates and multiple felony warrants, and Crockett says her team followed House contracting procedures and knew him only as Mike King.
